高精度冷拔管属于无缝钢管当中的一种,由于工艺是冷拔工艺而且要求的精度比较高,所以取其名为高精度冷拔管。冷拔管的生产流程如下圆圆管坯→加热→穿孔→打头→退火→酸洗→涂油(镀铜)→多道次冷拔(冷轧)→坯管→热处理→矫直→水压试验(探伤)→标记→入库。冷拔管是将经热加工后的管材在冷状态下进行加工,冷拔管多以小口径,精密度高,断面基本为圆形,再进行热处理加工。冷拔管的主要设备及部件是芯棒,根据长度可以分为长芯棒和短芯棒拔制,主要的工具有外模型,内模型,螺丝和连接杆,要求冷拔管的模具有良好的硬度和耐磨性 ,当然任何事物都有两面性自身的缺点就是工序比较的复杂生产周期比较的长,金属的消耗量比较严重。用拉拔的方法可以使产品产生塑性变形,增强金属的强度。高精度冷拔管主要用于液压缸、气缸设备。节省金属材料的消耗,提高生产工作效率,是以后高精度冷拔管发展的方向和要解决的问题。 High precision cold drawn pipe belongs to one of seamless steel pipe.
