1、冷拔精密管虚焊热熔对接焊接时出现的虚焊,主要是对焊机夹具行程不够和对接时夹具速度太快两种情况造成的。
1. The false welding of the butt welding of the hot melt welding of the cold drawing precision pipe is mainly caused by two kinds of conditions, that is, the fixture is not enough and the clamping speed is too fast.
a、对接焊接夹具行程不够。冷拔精密管连接件对接前用铣刀铣平关口后进行焊前试碰,碰对后在夹具行程杆上应看到有一定的行程余量,行程余量以不小于200mm为宜。在焊接过程中若不注意这种情况,夹具的行程余量不够时,焊接后表面上看对接得非常好,但实际上两对接件熔接得不够彻底,出现虚焊。这是热熔对接焊中常出现而又不易察觉的问题。解决的办法是每次焊前都应注意留有足够的夹具行程余量。
A, the butt welding jig is not enough. Before the connection of the cold drawn precision pipe joint is butted with the milling cutter, the test is done before welding, and the stroke allowance should be seen on the fixture. The allowance is not less than 200mm. In the process of welding, if this situation is not paid attention to, the distance of the fixture is not enough, the butt joint on the surface after welding is very good, but in fact, two butt parts are not completely fused. This is a common and unnoticeable problem in hot butt welding. The solution is to have enough fixture travel allowance before each welding.
b、冷拔精密管对接件对碰时夹具速度太快。两连接件经加热板加热后进行对碰,若对碰过程中夹具速度太快,在对碰瞬间,两连接件熔融部分大部分被挤压到内外壁两侧,致使熔合的部分不够充分而造成虚焊。解决的办法是操作人员控制机具速度均匀,使熔接部分充分熔合。
B, a kind of precision cold drawn tube butt fixture too fast. Two connecting parts are heated by heating plate. If the clamping speed is too fast during the collision process, the melting part of the two connector is squeezed to both sides of the inner and outer walls at the moment of collision, resulting in the insufficiency of the fusion part. The solution is that the operator controls the speed of the machine evenly and makes the fusion part fully fuse.
2、焊不透出现这种情况的主要原因是加热时间不够。一般情况下不同的管材、不同型号及规格的卡压式水管,其焊接加热时间在出厂时都有规定,但所给加热时间是在环境温度为20℃、有微风时设定的,当环境温度低于10℃和风力较大时,若按设定的加热时间进行加热焊接,焊接后表面上与正常焊接没有多大区别,但实际上没焊透。解决办法是当遇到施工环境低于10℃和风力较大时,应根据管材不同型号、规格适当调整加热时间。

In general, different pipes, different types and specifications of the pipe pressure pipe, its welding heating time is stipulated in the factory, but the heating time is set at the ambient temperature of 20 degrees C, with a breeze, when the environment temperature is below 10 degrees C and the wind is large, the heating time is heated and welded in accordance with the set heating time. 3、冷拔精密管焊口透化发生这种质量问题的原因是加热时间过长,与焊不透的情况正好相反,对于热熔对接焊,有些施工人员认为焊接过程中加热时间越长,焊接效果越好。而事实恰好相反,冷拔精密管在加热时间过长时,会出现碳化现象,严重影响到冷拔精密管焊接质量。
3. The reason for this quality problem is that the heating time is too long and is the opposite to the condition that the welding is not penetrated. For the hot-melt butt welding, some builders think that the longer the heating time is, the better the welding effect is. But the fact is just the opposite. When the heating time is too long, the carbonization phenomenon of the cold drawn precision tube will seriously affect the welding quality of the cold drawn precision tube. |
